Nicholas Pittler
Nicholas Pittler is a seasoned aviation executive with three decades of experience in aircraft leasing, maintenance, and technical operations. Most recently, he was the owner of Golden Gate Aviation Corp, where he sourced, reviewed, purchased, and leased aircraft and engines.
He began his career at United Airlines in 1988, advancing from baggage handler to engineer, mechanic, electrician, and maintenance supervisor while earning his A&P certification and degrees. In 2001, he joined ILFC as Technical Manager, then served as President of Daedalus Aviation Corp. (2004–2011), VP of Business Development at ILFC (2010–2014), VP of Technical Services at AerCap, and VP of Investment & Fleet Solutions at Willis Lease Finance Corporation.
Karen Curtis
Karen Curtis is an enterprise architect and technology strategist with extensive experience in software architecture, systems integration, and enterprise platform design across the aviation sector.
She began her enterprise technology career at International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC), where she served as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture from 2004 until AerCap's acquisition of ILFC in 2014, continuing in the role through 2016. She subsequently co-founded an aircraft leasing consultancy in 2016, and most recently held the position of Chief Operating Officer at LeaseWorks through December 2025.
Karen brings both deep technical expertise and an entrepreneurial perspective to every engagement.
